Contacts — never shared. With your permission, Textstatic reads your device's Contacts so you can select recipients and organize them into groups for sending greetings. This data (names and phone numbers) is used exclusively within the app to populate your Groups and Compose screens, and is stored only in local, on-device storage. Contacts data is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared with us or with any third party — including the search providers described below — for any purpose.
Photos — never shared. With your permission, Textstatic accesses your Photo Library so you can import images to use as greetings. Imported images are stored locally within the App on your device only, and are never transmitted anywhere.
Messages — never shared. Textstatic uses Apple's native Messages (SMS/iMessage) compose screen to help you send greetings. Every message requires you to manually tap Send. Each message is sent directly from your own device and your own phone number — Textstatic does not send messages on your behalf, does not operate a messaging server, and never transmits, stores, or has access to message content or recipient data.
Textstatic includes an optional search feature using four third-party services: Pexels, Unsplash, Giphy, and Klipy. When you actively choose to search for an image or GIF, only the text you type is sent to these providers, solely to retrieve matching results for display within the app.
No contact data, photo data, message content, or any other personal information is ever included in these search requests. This search feature is entirely separate from, and does not interact with, your Contacts, Photos, or Messages data in any way.

Images and GIFs you choose to save are downloaded and stored locally on your device.
We do not operate a backend server for Textstatic. We do not collect, store, or have access to your contacts, photos, images, messages, or any other personal information. We do not use analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking technologies within the App.
All data created or imported within Textstatic (contact groups, saved images, message templates) is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App from your device permanently deletes this data. Because we do not retain any copy of your data, we are unable to recover it on your behalf.
Textstatic is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information at all, no such data is retained regardless of user age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this same location with a revised effective date.
